Common issues with this climate controller include:
Display back-lighting flickers on and off
One or more LED's may be illuminated, but no buttons work
Blower motor does not operate
Auxiliary cooling fan runs at inappropriate times. (for example during Winter, or when AC is off)

Mail your unit to: 1525 MARLBOROUGH AVE. UNIT C RIVERSIDE CA 92507. Along with your unit ship the following: Company check or money order. If you paid online make sure you send a print out of your payment. Year/ make / model. Description of what is wrong with the unit. Return shipping address, Name, and telephone number.
