THIS REPAIR IS FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1996 and up models - fitted to Ford: Explorer, F150 and Crown Victoria, Lincoln Town car ,Continental, Mercury: Grand Marquis YOUR UNIT MUST MATCH THE UNIT ON THE PICTURE. 

MOST COMMON PROBLEMS WITH THIS UNIT:  blend doors and temperature controls stops working may only blows out of the defrost when the unit is switched to AC, warm air comes out, but if you put it on MAX, the AC does work.
