  • HOW DOES THIS PROCESS WORK? You ship us your damaged unit,(With a company check or money order, year/make/model, Description of what is wrong with the item, Return shipping address, Name and Tel number) . As soon as we receive your item,we REPAIR and ship it back the  following business day. (M-F)
  • HOW DO I SHIP MY PART TO YOU ? You may use any shipper that you prefer (UPS, ONTRAC ect.)
  • HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?Once we receive your part, we will repair it and ship it back out the following business day. (M-F)
  • WHAT IF THE UNIT OR REPAIR I PURCHASE DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM? We do not diagnose your vehicle. We are not responsible for your misdiagnosis. 

  • CAN I RETURN A UNIT I PURCHASED? No refunds on electronic units or repairs. 

  • CAN I GET A REFUND ON A REPAIR I PURCHASED? No refunds on repairs or electronic units. 

  • IF THE UNIT I BRING TO YOU HAS BEEN WORKED ON, CAN I STILL HAVE WARRANTY ON IT?  No warranty if the unit has been worked on by someone other than DAT.
