Common Symptoms of a Faulty Unit: BMW climate control modules fail by losing power and resetting.  This can happen intermittently, eventually leading to a constant power off/on cycle.  Additionally, there can be problems with buttons not working or having the unit go to the minimum or maximum settings. 

Mail your unit to:1525 MARLBOROUGH AVE. UNIT C RIVERSIDE CA 92507.  Along with your unit ship the following: Company check or money order.  If you paid online make sure you send a print out of your payment. Year/ make / model.  Description of what is wrong with the unit.  Return shipping address Name and telephone number.
