Excellent Customer Service

Sent my ABS control module in for repair. Was called by Joe and told that there was nothing wrong with my unit. he asked me what problem I was having. Explained to him and he told me a couple of things to check but said my unit was fine. He refunded my payment and all I had to do was pay for the return shipping.
They easily could have took my money and sent the unit back and I never would have known. Honesty like this is very hard to find.
