Back-lighting issues on your S-CLASS CL instrument cluster are common failures (W220/W215 Mercedes models as well) and result in total or partial loss of lighting.  Failures often result in total loss of power to the instrument panel due to shorting out of the instrument cluster.

Please be advised that this repair will not change or tamper with the engine immobilizer (immobilizer is not a part of the instrument panel) or current odometer reading on your instrument cluster.

This cluster failure is also known to blow your fuses, most W220, W215 have 3 cluster fuses on the passenger door compartment fuse box, in many cases they have to be replaced too.

Year/ make / model.  Description of what is wrong with the unit.  Return shipping address, Name, and telephone number.
