UNIT C RIVERSIDE CA 92507.  Along with your unit ship the following: Company check or money order.  If you paid online make sure you send a print out of your payment.  Year/ make / model.  Description of what is wrong with the unit.  Return shipping address, Name, and telephone number.

THIS REPAIR COMES WITH A ONE YEAR WARRANTY. WE ONLY SHIP TO CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.
