If you paid online make sure you send a print out of your payment. Year/ make / model. Description of what is wrong with the unit. Return shipping address, Name, and telephone number.

    We had a customer with 2010 Ford Mustang GT with an ac compressor that kept cycling on and off. Turns out the problem was with the PCM. Ford discontinued the PCM and there were none available. Called DAT and they were already familiar with this problem. Sent them the PCM and now the problem is solved and at a fraction of the cost compared to what a new PCM would cost. DAT's service is top notch and was a very quick turnaround. We would gladly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
