PLEASE CUT A PIECE OF CARD BOARD AND PLACE IT UNDER THE COILS AND TAPE IT , SO YOU DON'T DAMAGE THE UNIT WHILE SHIPPING. BUBBLE WRAP IT VERY WELL SO IT DOES NOT GET DAMAGED. YOUR UNIT WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU WITHIN 48 HRS.

If you paid online make sure you send a print out of your payment. Year/ make / model. Description of what is wrong with the unit. Return shipping address, Name, and telephone number.
